Review and approve social drafts

Social Media > Needs review holds social posts Buildy drafted for you. Approve and publish, schedule, or skip each one. Nothing posts without your approval.

Social Media > Needs review lists drafts that wait for your approval. Today those are social posts. Nothing is posted until you approve it.

Steps

Open Dashboard > Social Media, then select Needs review. On a phone, use Tools > Social Media > Needs review. The sidebar badge shows how many drafts wait.
Click Pending. Switch between Cards and List view.
For each draft, choose:
- Approve & Publish to post it now.
- Approve & Schedule to pick a date and time. It must be at least 2 minutes from now. Click Confirm Schedule.
- Skip to leave it out.
Click History to see what was approved, failed or skipped.

Where drafts come from

Buildy drafts posts when you ask in chat ("write a week of Instagram posts") or from the tools in Social Media. Posts go to the accounts you connected there.

Common problems

"Instagram account isn't connected. Post wasn't published."

The draft was approved but the social account is not linked. Go to Social Media, connect the account, then publish the draft from there.

"Approved, but publishing failed. Try publishing from Dashboard"

The social network did not accept the post. Open Social Media and try again from the post itself. If it fails again, reconnect the account.

"Must be at least 2 minutes in the future"

Pick a later time.
