Plans, credits & billing
What each plan includes, how Building and Operating credits work, when credits reset, and how to change or cancel your plan.
Your plan and your card are managed in one place. Click your profile picture, then Profile Settings, then Billing & Upgrades.
Buildy uses two kinds of credits. Building credits pay for the work Buildy does for you in chat, like building pages and writing ads. Operating credits pay for things your business runs on its own, like AI inside your app and sending email. Both reset every month.
- Plans and what each one includesBuildy plans start at $24 a month; every paid plan has the main tools, and plans differ in credits, voice minutes and a few extras on Pro, Max and Agency.
- How credits work: Building and Operating creditsBuilding credits pay for what Buildy does in chat. Operating credits pay for what your business runs on its own, like email and AI in your app.
- When your credits resetPlan credits refill monthly on monthly and yearly plans. Check your profile menu for your next reset date. Unused credits roll over for one month.
- Get more creditsUpgrade your plan or convert Rewards points for more credits; Buildy voice minutes, video credits and the calls-and-texts balance are bought separately.
- Free trial and when you are chargedThe free trial gives you the Pro plan for 10 days. Start it from the plan page after you sign up. You add a card but pay nothing until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
- Change your plan or switch to yearlyUpgrade, downgrade or switch to yearly on Profile Settings > Billing & Upgrades. Upgrades charge now and add credits now. Downgrades apply at once.
- Update your payment card and fix a failed paymentOpen Profile Settings > Billing & Upgrades and click Update payment card. The new card is used for all your subscriptions and the failed payment is retried.
- Invoices and receiptsSee your plan and add-ons on Profile Settings > Billing & Upgrades; for past invoices or company tax details, open Chat with support.
- Cancel your planClick Cancel Subscription on Billing & Upgrades and confirm each step. Your plan stops renewing. When your paid period ends, you lose your plan credits and Buildy cannot build for you.
- RefundsBuildy does not offer refunds. Cancelling your plan stops future charges but does not refund charges already made.
