Generate videos in Images & Video
Click Create a Video in Images & Video. Buildy writes the concept, designs the visuals and renders the clip in about 10 minutes. 1 video credit = 1 second.
Buildy makes short videos for your site, social posts and ads. Start from Images & Video and click Create a Video. Videos use video credits, which are separate from your plan credits.
Steps
- Open Images & Video and click the Videos tab.
- Click Create a Video, then confirm. Buildy opens a conversation in your chat.
- Answer Buildy's questions about what the video should show. Buildy writes the concept and designs the visuals.
- Wait about 10 minutes. The finished video lands in the Videos tab.
- Click the video to watch it. Hover over it to see its buttons: Download, Send to a social post and Send to a Meta ad.
Not happy with the result? Click Create a Video again and tell Buildy what to change.
Video credits
1 video credit = 1 second of video. Your plan does not include video credits. Open Images & Video and click Buy video credits to buy a pack:

Packs never expire and stack. You can also turn on a monthly auto-refill of 60 credits for $19.95. If a video fails to render, the credits come back to you.
Common problems
"Failed - The render timed out. Try regenerating it."
The video did not finish. Your credits were returned. Hover over the failed video and click Fix with Buildy, or start again.
The video is the wrong size for Instagram
Tell Buildy the format when you start: "a vertical video for Instagram Reels" or "a square video for a Facebook post".
