Find your projects, change your email or password, and delete a project.
Click your profile picture, then Profile Settings. Your profile picture is at the top right.
Most account problems come from signing in with a different email than the one you used before. I can't find my projects shows how to check which account you are in.
- I can't find my projectsYou are probably signed in to a different account. Click your profile picture to see the email, sign out, and sign in with the email you used before.
- Change your email or passwordChange your password with Forgot password on the login page. You cannot change the email on your account in the app. Open Chat with support to ask.
- Delete a projectOn your home page, click the three dots on the project card, then Delete business. Deleting a project is permanent.
