Buy a domain through Buildy
Search for a name in Domain & Email and click Purchase. Buildy sets up your site, email sending and first inbox. From $29.95 a year.
The easiest way to get a domain is to buy it in Buildy. Search for a name under Domain & Email and click Purchase. Buildy connects your site and sets up email sending and your first included hello@ inbox. You do not need to change DNS settings.
Use email sending for customer follow-ups and marketing emails from your domain. Your business inbox receives customer emails. You choose when to start a campaign.
Steps
- Open Domain & Email from Dashboard, or Tools on a phone.
- Under Buy a domain through Buildy, type a name like
example.comand click Search. Type just a word to see every ending, or click Get suggestions beside Search for ideas. - When you see "is available" and the yearly price, click Purchase. Pay with your saved card or in the checkout that opens.
- Wait while the status goes from Verifying Payment to Setting Up. This usually takes under a minute.
- Your domain has a Buildy domain label and shows as Verified. Click Publish & Share to put your site on it.
Your first included inbox is created automatically. Open Email inbox to see its DNS status and use Open Inbox when it is active. If this project already has an inbox, Buildy keeps it. See Set up your email inbox.
Your Temporary site address ending in superdev.run stays available while setup finishes. Click the address to open your site in a new tab, or use Copy link to share it.
Prices and renewal
Domains start at $29.95 a year. The price for each name shows in the search. Pro, Max and Agency plans include a coupon for up to $29.95 off the first year of one domain. The domain renews every year at the full price on your saved card.
