Refunds
Buildy does not offer refunds. Cancelling your plan stops future charges but does not refund charges already made.
Stop future charges
- To stop paying for your plan, cancel your plan. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
- A charge you did not expect is often an add-on: voice minute auto-recharge, a domain renewal or an extra inbox. Check Your add-ons on Billing & Upgrades.
