Cancel your plan

Cancel on Profile Settings > Billing & Upgrades with Cancel Subscription. Your plan stops renewing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Steps

1. Click your profile picture, then Profile Settings, then Billing & Upgrades.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Read the list of what you lose. Click Yes, I understand I'll lose all of this.
4. Type why you are cancelling and click Next.
5. Click Yes, Cancel Subscription.

You see "Renewal stopped. Your paid access continues until ...". To keep your plan, click Resume Plan on the same page before that date.

What you lose when you cancel

• All credits you did not buy with money: monthly credits, rollover credits and bonus credits, including Rewards points you converted.
• Your Rewards points and prize tickets.
• Buildy cannot build or make changes until you choose a plan again.
• Domains bought through Buildy stop renewing. Each one stops working when its paid year ends.
• Phone numbers are released. You cannot get the same number back.
• Add-ons stop at the end of their own paid period.

Cancel a trial

A trial ends at once when you cancel. Your card is not charged.

Common problems

I cancelled but I was still charged

Check the date of the charge. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not undo a charge made before you cancelled. Buildy does not offer refunds. See Invoices and receipts.
