Delete a project
On your home page, click the three dots on the project card, then Delete business. Deleting a project is permanent.
You can delete a project yourself from your home page. Deleting is permanent. The site, its chat history and its data are removed, and you cannot get them back.
Steps
- To keep a copy, export your code first. See Export your code.
- If you bought the project's domain through Buildy, remove it in Domain & Email first. Otherwise it keeps renewing after the project is gone.
- Go to your home page. On the project card, click the three dots, then Delete business.
- Read what will be removed, then click Delete Project.
Common problems
"This project has add-ons: ... Contact support to delete this project."
Open Chat with support and give the project name.
