I can't find my projects
You are probably signed in to a different account. Click your profile picture to see the email, sign out, and sign in with the email you used before.
When your list of businesses is empty or a project is missing, you are almost always signed in with a different email than the one you used before. Check the email under your profile picture, then sign in with the right one.
From an open project on a computer, click the back arrow at the top left. On a phone, open the navigation menu at the top left, then tap Projects.
Steps
- Click your profile picture. It is at the top right. The menu shows the email you are signed in with.
- Is that the email you used when you built the project? If you are not sure, think about Google sign-in versus email sign-in. They can be two different accounts with the same name.
- Click Sign out.
- Sign in with the other email, or click Sign in with Google if you used Google before.
- Open your home page. Your businesses are listed there. Use the search box or the All businesses filter if you have many.
Common problems
"Whoops! Project not found"
The project belongs to another account, or it was deleted. Sign in with the account that owns it. Deleted projects cannot be restored.
I have two accounts and want one
Projects cannot be moved between accounts in the app.
