Change your email or password

Change your password with the Forgot password? link on the login page. Change your name in Profile Settings. You cannot change the email on your account in the app.

Change your password

1. Sign out, or open buildy.ai/login in a private window.
2. Click Forgot password?, enter your email and click Reset Password.
3. Open the email from Buildy and click the link.
4. Enter the new password twice and click Update password.

If you sign in with Google, change your Google password in your Google account.

Change your email

You cannot change it in the app. Open Chat with support.

Change your name

1. Click your profile picture, then Profile Settings.
2. Edit Full Name and click Save changes.

I want to switch from Google sign-in to a password

Use Forgot password? with the same email. Buildy sends a reset link and sets a password for the account. Both ways then work.
