Something looks broken
Reload without cache, try a private window or another browser, and turn off extensions. Then send support the project link and a screenshot.
A page that looks wrong, a button that does nothing, or a blank area is often the browser, not Buildy. Reload without cache and try a private window. If it is still broken, send support what they need to see it.
Steps
- Reload without cache: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.
- Open the same page in a private window. If it works there, clear your browser cache or sign out and in again.
- Try another browser, like Chrome or Edge.
- Turn off browser extensions, especially ad blockers and privacy tools.
- Check your internet connection.
- If it is a problem on your own site, check Preview first. If the preview is fine, click Publish & Share. See My changes do not show on the live site.
What to send support
Open Chat with support and include:
- The project link from your browser bar
- A screenshot of the problem
- What you clicked right before it happened
- The exact text of any error message
- Your browser and whether you are on a phone or a computer
