My project will not load

Reload the page, check your connection and try a private window. If the project still does not open, send support the project link.

If a project does not open, reload the page first. Your work is saved.

Steps

Reload the browser tab.
Check your internet connection. Open another site to be sure.
Try a private window or another browser. A browser extension can block Buildy.
If it still does not load, open Chat with support with the project link from your browser bar.

Other messages you may see

"Buildy is resting while you're away": you were inactive for a while. Click Wake up Buildy.
"Let's reload your project": the preview had a problem. Click Reload project.
"Your preview is paused." Click Wake preview.
"The preview could not start." Click Try again.
"Preview is taking longer than expected": Buildy retries on its own. Click Retry now to hurry it.
"Session Expired": sign in again.
