Build a site for a local business, send the owner a claim link, and earn a commission when they buy the site and approve the handover.

As a Buildy AI Consultant you build a website for a local business and send the owner a claim link. You earn a commission when the owner buys the site and approves the handover. You need a paid Buildy plan.

How it works

Go to buildy.ai/consultant and click Get Started. The Buildy AI Consultant card then shows on your home page.
On the consultant dashboard, click Build a Website. Pick a business from the search, or click Enter business manually.
Finish the site in chat. Add the business's real services, hours and photos.
Click Publish & Share, then Send link under Send to client, then Generate Claim Link. Send the link to the owner.
The owner previews the site and pays. They can click Request Revisions first. When they are happy, they click Approve & Claim My Website.
The site moves to the owner's own Buildy account. Your earnings count after this handover.

Your consultant dashboard shows where each site is and what you have earned.

What the client gets

Their own copy of the website and its content.
Your AI Receptionist settings, without your transfer number, and an independent copy of the business info guide. Review the guide before sharing a consultant template.
Contacts and phone numbers do not move. The client sets up their own Business Phone Number.

Common problems

The client says the link does not work

Click Publish & Share, then Send link. If the link was deactivated, generate a new one.

I want to stop a link I sent

Click Publish & Share, then Send link, then Deactivate claim link.
