# Something looks broken

A page that looks wrong, a button that does nothing, or a blank area is often the browser, not Buildy. Reload without cache and try a private window. If it is still broken, send support what they need to see it.

## Steps

1. Reload without cache: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.
2. Open the same page in a private window. If it works there, clear your browser cache or sign out and in again.
3. Try another browser, like Chrome or Edge.
4. Turn off browser extensions, especially ad blockers and privacy tools.
5. Check your internet connection.
6. If it is a problem on your own site, check **Preview** first. If the preview is fine, click **Publish & Share**. See [My changes do not show on the live site](/docs/publish/changes-do-not-show).

## What to send support

Open **Chat with support** and include:

- The project link from your browser bar
- A screenshot of the problem
- What you clicked right before it happened
- The exact text of any error message
- Your browser and whether you are on a phone or a computer
