# My project will not load

If a project does not open, reload the page first. Your work is saved.

## Steps

1. Reload the browser tab.
2. Check your internet connection. Open another site to be sure.
3. Try a private window or another browser. A browser extension can block Buildy.
4. If it still does not load, open **Chat with support** with the project link from your browser bar.

## Other messages you may see

- **"Buildy is resting while you're away"**: you were inactive for a while. Click **Wake up Buildy**.
- **"Let's reload your project"**: the preview had a problem. Click **Reload project**.
- **"Your preview is paused."** Click **Wake preview**.
- **"The preview could not start."** Click **Try again**.
- **"Preview is taking longer than expected"**: Buildy retries on its own. Click **Retry now** to hurry it.
- **"Session Expired"**: sign in again.
