# Review and approve social drafts

**Social Media > Needs review** lists drafts that wait for your approval. Today those are social posts. Nothing is posted until you approve it.

## Steps

1. Open **Dashboard > Social Media**, then select **Needs review**. On a phone, use **Tools > Social Media > Needs review**. The sidebar badge shows how many drafts wait.
2. Click **Pending**. Switch between **Cards** and **List** view.
3. For each draft, choose:
   - **Approve & Publish** to post it now.
   - **Approve & Schedule** to pick a date and time. It must be at least 2 minutes from now. Click **Confirm Schedule**.
   - **Skip** to leave it out.
4. Click **History** to see what was approved, failed or skipped.

## Where drafts come from

Buildy drafts posts when you ask in chat ("write a week of Instagram posts") or from the tools in **Social Media**. Posts go to the accounts you connected there.

## Common problems

### "Instagram account isn't connected. Post wasn't published."

The draft was approved but the social account is not linked. Go to **Social Media**, connect the account, then publish the draft from there.

### "Approved, but publishing failed. Try publishing from Dashboard"

The social network did not accept the post. Open **Social Media** and try again from the post itself. If it fails again, reconnect the account.

### "Must be at least 2 minutes in the future"

Pick a later time.
