# Plans and what each one includes

Every paid plan has the main tools for building and marketing. Plans differ in credits, voice minutes and a few extras. See them under your profile picture, then **Profile Settings > Billing & Upgrades**.

## The plans

Yearly billing saves 20%. Credits still reset every month on yearly plans.

On the Max plan, pick more credits in the **Monthly credits** list. The price and the voice minutes go up with the credits, up to 8,000 Building credits a month.

## What every paid plan has

- Marketing tools: ads, social posts, broadcasts, SEO & AI Ranking
- The AI Receptionist, which answers calls, texts, website chat and email for you
- A Business Phone Number, as an add-on
- Follow-ups, including AI-written steps and call steps
- Auto-replies to calls, texts and email
- Email sending from your domain, SMS, blog
- Buildy voice mode
- One-month rollover of unused credits

## Extras on higher plans

- **Pro, Max and Agency:** a domain coupon for the first year, one per account.
- **Max and Agency:** Customer memory. Your receptionist remembers every customer across calls, texts, email and chat.
- **Max:** a free Business Phone Number for the first month.
- **Agency:** tools to build and manage projects for clients, and $30 of calls-and-texts balance a month for your account.

## What costs extra

Some things are billed on top of your plan, like a Business Phone Number, extra email inboxes, domain renewals, video credits and extra Buildy voice minutes.

## Commission Machine purchases

Commission Machine purchases through JobCrusher include Pro unless the purchase specifies another Buildy plan. If you already have Pro or a higher plan, you keep your current plan.
