# Invoices and receipts

Your plan and every add-on are listed on **Profile Settings > Billing & Upgrades**. This includes your Business Phone Number.

## See your plan and add-ons

1. Click your profile picture, then **Profile Settings**, then **Billing & Upgrades**.
2. Read **Your add-ons**. Each add-on shows if it is recurring or a one-time purchase.
3. Click the info button next to an add-on to see its next charge.

## Get past invoices or add company details

To get a past invoice, or to add your company address and tax ID, open **Chat with support**.

## Common problems

### A charge I do not recognize

Open **Profile Settings > Billing & Upgrades** and read **Your add-ons**. A Business Phone Number and auto-refill on video credits are common. A $50 charge can be a calls-and-texts balance top-up. Check **Auto top-up** under **Phone balance** in **AI Receptionist > Business Phone Number**. See [Business Phone Number](/docs/agents/business-phone-number).
