Open **Contacts** or **AI Receptionist** from **Dashboard**, or **Tools** on a phone. [Contacts](/docs/agents/contacts) is your customer list. People land there when they fill in a form, chat on your site, text or call your number. Your [AI Receptionist](/docs/agents/ai-receptionist) answers calls and texts, chats on your website and replies to emails. A [Business Phone Number](/docs/agents/business-phone-number) gives you calls and texts. [Follow-ups](/docs/agents/follow-ups) send emails, texts and calls on a schedule.
